Mr. Politz's primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, collections/asset recovery and creditor/debtor rights, in which he represents various banks, financial institutions and business entities. He received his undergraduate degree in 2001 from Texas Christian University, graduating magna cum laude, and his law degree in 2004 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Mr. Politz was admitted to the bar in Louisiana in 2004, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is affiliated with the American and Louisiana State Bar Associations and is an active member of the Shreveport Bar Association, nominated to serve on its Executive Council as Secretary-Treasurer. His other professional affiliations include membership in the Defense Research Institute, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the Harry V. Booth and Judge Henry A. Politz American Inn of Court.
