Mr. Dodson's practice primarily involves real estate and commercial transactions, energy law, and matters in the area of municipal finance. He received his undergraduate degree from Southwestern at Memphis (now Rhodes College) and his law degree at Louisiana State University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Dodson was admitted to practice in 1975. Prior to joining the firm in 1979, he was law clerk for the Honorable James E. Bolin, Judge, Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal.
