Mr. Fleming's practice is devoted to oil and gas, energy, and real estate matters. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University and was admitted to practice in 1970. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Fleming served as law clerk to the Honorable John A. Dixon and the Honorable Pike Hall, Jr., Judges, Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal. He joined the firm in 1981 and is currently a member of the Advisory Council to the Louisiana Mineral Law Institute.
