Kenneth Mascagni Shreveport, Louisiana
Mr. Mascagni's practice includes law enforcement and municipal litigation, products liability, construction litigation, mold litigation, and indoor air quality litigation. His practice focuses on franchise litigation. He also works with franchisors and franchisees In drafting and/or evaluating Uniform Offering Circulars. Mr. Mascagni received his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Tom Stagg, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana from 1984 through 1986. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Mascagni flew fighter aircraft for the United States Air Force. He was admitted to practice in 1984 and joined the firm in 1986. Mr. Mascagni holds memberships in the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
