A. in English.  He earned his law degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was on the Louisiana Law Review and received the Am Jur Award in Contracts.  A member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Mr. Hearne is active in the Shreveport Bar Pro Bono Project.
