Mr. Fleming's practice is devoted to oil and gas, energy, and real estate matters. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University and was admitted to practice in 1970. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Fleming served as law clerk to the Honorable John A. Dixon and the Honorable Pike Hall, Jr., Judges, Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal. He joined the firm in 1981 and is formerly a member of the Advisory Council of the Louisiana Mineral Law Institute.  Mr. Fleming is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He was named The Best Lawyers in America® from 2009-2012 for Energy Law and Oil and Gas Law. Best Lawyers named Mr. Fleming as "Shreveport Best Lawyers Oil & Gas Lawyer of the Year"' for 2012.
