Mr. Nichols practices primarily in the areas of business litigation, products liability, and legal malpractice. He received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport, Louisiana, and his law degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Donald E. Walter, United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana from 2003 through 2004.
