Mr. Yancey's practice involves real estate and commercial transactions, energy matters, and probate and estate planning. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University, his masters degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, and his law degree from Louisiana State University. Mr. Yancey was admitted to practice in 1973 and joined the firm in 1973. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Louisiana State Bar Association and a past Chairman of the Louisiana State Bar Association's section on Trust Estates, Probate and Immovable Property. He has been a delegate to the House of Delegates of the Louisiana State Bar Association for many years. He is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation.  Mr. Yancey is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
