Each year Common Ground holds a Christmas Market offering families pride, hope and dignity. Cook Yancey employees enjoy being helpers at this shopping event.
Volunteers price the donated items so that nothing exceeds $5.00. Friends from Cedar Grove come and purchase nice presents at affordable prices for their families
All the presents are donated, and the children buy gifts for their parents as well as parents buying gifts for their children.
Breakfast is provided while the shoppers await their turn. The helpers assist with gift selection, purchase and wrapping too. It is a one stop shop for great gifts at a good value, and lots of fun too.
