Cook Yancey attorney, Drew Lambert, has become an adjunct professor at Centenary College. Drew is teaching a class is called “Commercial Law,” BUSN 223-A.

The class surveys numerous substantive areas of the law, including those areas affecting businesses, corporate formation and governance, and topics covered on the Business Law section of the CPA exam. He enjoyed the class during Fall semester and will teach it again in the Spring. At Cook Yancey, his practice involves general litigation and a commercial business practice. Drew serves on the board of directors for the Shreveport Metropolitan Ballet, and is native of New Orleans.
