BERNARD S. JOHNSON
SHAREHOLDER
Mr. Johnson’s primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, estate and trust litigation, and litigation regarding business associations, including LLC’s,partnerships, and corporations. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University,cum laude, and his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center, where he was Editor in Chief of the Louisiana Law Review. He was admitted to practice in 1977 and served one year as law clerk to then Justice Albert Tate, Jr., of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the National Association of Diocesan Attorneys. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and by SuperLawyers as having attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement in the areas of Business Litigation, Business/Corporate, and Trust & Estate Litigation. He serves as chairman of the boards of directors of the two Louisiana regions of Christus Health System.
