Logan works in the area of Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Organization, Planning and Tax. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter T. Fay, Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Logan worked at Fishman Haygood in New Orleans. He currently serves on the governing board of the Corporate and Business Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
