Mr. Love’s practice focuses primarily on defending and advising commercial motor carriers and other clients within the trucking and transportation industry in civil litigation. Mr. Love assists clients in 24-hour rapid response following catastrophic accidents and has defended wrongful death, survival action and personal injury claims throughout the State of Louisiana. Mr. Love’s practice also includes litigation in the areas of insurance, premise liability, products liability, professional liability, complex property damage and commercial litigation. Mr. Love is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana. He is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the Federal Bar Association and all state and local bar associations.

Mr. Love received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2012, and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society upon graduation. Mr. Love obtained his law degree from Louisiana State University in 2015. While in law school he interned for the Honorable Maurice Hicks, Jr. United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, and was also a member of the LSU Admiralty Law Moot Court Team where he competed in multiple national appellate advocacy competitions.

After law school, Mr. Love practiced with a defense firm in Lafayette, Louisiana for more than seven years, where his practice was primarily devoted to defending commercial motor carriers. Mr. Love is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and moved home in 2023 to join the firm and continue his practice.
