Sarah’s practice includes litigation in the areas of labor and employment, §1983 Claims, commercial litigation, and insurance defense.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, magna cum laude, from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama in 2019 where she was a captain of the NCAA Women’s Soccer Team and a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity. She was also President of Alpha Sigma Nu, an honor society for the top 4% of her class.
Sarah received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022. While attending Loyola, Sarah was a member of the Loyola Law Review, a distinction reserved for only the top 20% of her class. Sarah was a 2020 Leroy R. Hassell Sr. National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition National Quarterfinalist. She went on to compete in the National Moot Court Competition as an Oralist and Brief Writer, and coach Loyola’s BLSA Moot Court Team. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program.
Sarah began her practice in 2021 as a Student Practitioner in the Criminal Defense section of the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. She was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2022 and thereafter practiced in New Orleans for a year before moving to Shreveport and joining Cook, Yancey, King, & Galloway in 2023. She is admitted to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Western District of Louisiana, and the Middle District of Louisiana.
