Mr. Wolf represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of litigation matters.  Although his experience is broad, his principal focus has been the defense of retailers, trucking companies, insurers, and other commercial entities in personal injury litigation.  In addition, he advises a variety of local financial institutions and assists them with foreclosures, collections, bankruptcies, and other litigation matters.  Prior to joining the firm in 2025, he had a general litigation practice with a different Shreveport law firm for over 20 years and served as a law clerk to Judge Charles Peatross of the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal.

Mr. Wolf was appointed and served on the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s Governing Council as the Law Student Division Liaison his final year of law school.  He remains involved in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, currently serving on a variety of committees.  Additionally, he has served as a Past President of the Louisiana State University in Shreveport’s Alumni Association Board of Directors, a member of the Theatre of Performing Arts Board of Directors, a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s House of Delegates, and a Barrister in the Harry V. Booth and Henry A. Politz American Inn of Court.  He is a member of the Louisiana Bankers Association, the National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association, and is a past President of the Red River Revel Board of Directors.  In 2008, he was named to the list of Top 40 under 40 Young Professionals in Shreveport/Bossier and received the Circle of Excellence Award from LSU-Shreveport.  His e-mail address is scott.wolf@cookyancey.com
