Mr. Hearne has over 40 years of experience with all aspects of real estate law, including title examination, title opinions, residential leases, surface leases, oil and gas leases, buy-sell agreements, easements, servitudes, building restrictions, protective covenants, partitions, mortgages, foreclosures,  evictions, and all other real estate transactions. Mr. Hearne also has extensive experience with probate, successions, estates, wills, heirship, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.

Mr. Hearne received his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. He was admitted to practice in 1981 and joined the firm in 2008. His e-mail address is lake.hearne@cookyancey.com.
