David has a proven track record of winning difficult cases—both at trial and through motion practice. He has tried cases across the state of Louisiana and successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

David received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012. He then served as a law clerk for the Honorable S. Maurice Hicks, Jr., United States District Judge for the Western District of Louisiana prior to joining Cook Yancey in 2013. David is licensed in Louisiana and Texas.
David currently serves on the board of directors for the Shreveport Bar Foundation and Robinson’s Rescue. He and his wife Angie have two children and are active in the Shreveport community.
