Since being sworn into practice in October of 2022, Mr. Hall has focused his practice on commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. He represents insurers and insureds in a broad range of matters, including automobile and premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith and extra-contractual claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, and wrongful death and survival actions. Mr. Hall actively litigates matters from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation, with particular attention paid to early case assessment, liability evaluation, and strategic positioning to limit exposure and achieve resolution.

In addition to his full caseload of insurance defense matters, Mr. Hall also appears in court on contested issues, including summary judgment and discovery disputes, and is routinely involved in evaluating claims for resolution through motion practice, settlement, or trial when necessary. As Mr. Hall is actively involved in all phases of litigation, he works closely with clients and insurance representatives to assess risk, develop defense strategy, and implement efficient litigation plans designed to control exposure while obtaining favorable outcomes. Prior to joining the firm in April of 2026, Mr. Hall practiced with another Shreveport-based law firm, where he handled a broad range of insurance defense matters and brought many cases to resolution for his previous clients.

Mr. Hall is a graduate of C.E. Byrd High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, with a concentration in Political Communication and a minor in Business Administration, from Louisiana State University in 2019. Thereafter, Mr. Hall received his law degree from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2022, where he earned a certificate in Energy Law and Policy, as well as a Diploma in Comparative Law.

Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar, Shreveport Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and C.E. Byrd High School Alumni Association. Parker comes from a big family; he loves spending time with them on the lake, the pickleball court, and on the ski slopes.
