Mr. Reichard focuses his practice primarily in general civil litigation matters with an emphasis on casualty litigation involving oilfield service companies and common carriers.  Having passed the patent bar in 2023, his practice also extends to intellectual property matters.   He works with clients to assist on trademark applications and patent questions.

Mr. Reichard received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in electrical engineering from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.  He received his law degree, summa cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, where he was an executive editor of the Mississippi College Law Review.
